I will be reworking the section often, but as I find new items of use, I will post them even if the formatting is not complete.

Drive Shaft - Part # 89577
Heads up on this, while is a virtually impossible part to find, I'm currently testing out a replacement part from ARRMA which seems to be doing well. ARRMA part # AR310460. This is a 135mm drive shaft, and while the AE part is 136mm, the 135 fits and is doing well with current testing.
I want to get about 10 packs through the car with this rear drive shaft to see of it holds up. I'll report the findings here once I'm done. I've also ordered one for the front drive shaft as well and once that arrives, I will start testing.

Wheel Hex
OEM Part Number: 89330
On AE's website you will find this: This part has been discontinued, use: 81319 RC8T3 17mm Wheel Hexes, 11.5 mm offset.
I've looked this part over and I don't think it fits. I would order it to see, but it's out of stock.
Neither of these OEM parts have listed dimensional specifications on the AE website, so you need to have a calibrated eye when you look at the photo.
This part does fit.
Looking the retaining nut over, it is a very coarse pitch and will probably work loose. The thread pitch is different on the aftermarket part compared to the AE part as you can see in the photo. The pitch looks to be 1/2 x 20 tpi. I would suggest putting some kind of lock washer on this item so it does not spin free.

I ended up scoring one side of the retaining nut in order to give it some grip on the wheel and ran two battery packs through the Nomad on asphalt and then the next morning ran six more battery packs on the dirt track; the retaining nuts remained tight on the hubs.
At this point I am going to leave them on the Nomad and check if they start to give me problems, but I don't see it happening.
That said, with the OEM part being discontinued and the suggested replacement not only looks like it doesn't fit, it's also on back order, you might want to get a set or two of these and set them aside for a later date.

After dozens of track sessions with the aftermarket hubs, they are still holding strong. I have encountered no issues or problems with these hubs. These are good to go, so add a set to your collection.
